What does “building consensus” mean to you?
Building consensus means working in the best interest of the group as a whole—the owner, the residents and the community. While a specific idea may not be my favorite, it may be the best for the project or the situation. It is my job to embrace and support this direction and continue to add energy and ideas to the process. Bringing everyone’s ideas together is what makes each client’s project special and unique.
Did you know…
My family is everything to me, and I love all the activities we do. I love to take pictures and use those photos in artwork for my home and office. Some people refer to me as “Martha” because I love crafts of all kinds— paper crafting, crochet, scrapbooking, sewing, jewelry making, baking, etc. You name a craft and guaranteed, I’d probably love it.
