Break the mold of the typical senior living community typology by designing an alternative patterned after town center concepts.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- The site plan concept that takes advantage of a long vista of an existing environmental corridor, while consciously creating a town center inspired environment with residential units over retail components.
- Dramatic two-story lobby with a water feature that “sources” the surrounding exterior ponds.
- Ground floor commons area highlighted by a popular casual coffee shop destination.
- Second floor commons areas carefully planned to promote graceful flow between all IL social and dining components.
- The notable long-term care component offers a practical solution that combines cutting-edge person-centered care with efficient service delivery.
