To expand the original Newcastle Place development without directly connecting to it due to the existence of a large conservancy district.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Newcastle Estates responded to building typology trends that position residential units over retail space.
- The first level of the new independent living apartment building emulates a high-end hotel and incorporates intimate common areas to encourage socialization.
- A fine dining offering with general dining, terrace view dining, a comfortable bar setting and a “Chef’s Table” experience creates a compelling alternate dining location for the residents of the original Newcastle Place.
- Luxury is a key component in the design of the Carriage Homes and apartment units with a variety of floor plan and finish options. In addition, 19 of the Carriage Homes are recognized as Wisconsin ENERGY STAR® Homes.
