COMING SOON: The Landing at Hoyt Park
AG Architecture is excited to be a part of a project in our own backyard. The Landing at Hoyt Park is part of the ongoing efforts of the Friends of Hoyt Park & Pool to revitalize this great community amenity. The Landing is a beer garden that will add to the hours of vibrant activity in the park. The design continues the nautical theme of the pool area and supports the historic charm of the original Hoyt Park bathhouse.

AG is enjoying the collaborative process of working with Hillcrest Health Services to complete their vision for the Hillcrest Country Estates campus near Omaha, Nebraska. With of goal of creating the Grand Lodge which will house Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care along with a commons area, the project will complete a campus that already has a thriving Independent Living Villa community along with several successful Skilled Nursing Cottages.

The Linking of Water & Brady

AG Architecture is working with Wangard Partners to help create a Mixed Use development at the intersection of Water and Brady Street on Milwaukee’s East Side. The goals of the project include connecting the existing pedestrian traffic patterns down to an extended Riverwalk which will connect to the Marsupial Bridge. Carroll University Expands its Student Housing Options
AG Architecture is working with Carroll University and Clysmic Properties, LLC on Phase III of a student housing project.
