AG Architecture is excited to be a part of a project in our own backyard. The Landing at Hoyt Park is part of the ongoing efforts of the Friends of Hoyt Park & Pool to revitalize this great community amenity. The Landing is a beer garden that will add to the hours of vibrant activity in the park. The design continues the nautical theme of the pool area and supports the historic charm of the original Hoyt Park bathhouse.

AG Architecture The Enclave Multi Family-Urban Tower

The Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) Wisconsin Chapter recently recognized The Enclave Apartments in Wauwatosa, WI as a 2012 Project of Distinction. The Enclave received a Gold Award in the Commercial Projects Over $10 million category. It was one of 31 projects recognized in areas such as overall distinctiveness, execution of design, craftsmanship, coordination, budgeting, safety, as well as difficulty and unusual challenges.
