Katie’s role in your project 
I may be one of your first connections to the AG Team. As the Director of Business Development, I am focused on developing and nurturing relationships with senior living and multifamily developers, operators and industry partners throughout the country. Applying my career experience in marketing, fundraising, relationship building and leadership, I assist AG’s collaborative process and commitment to enhancing a sense of community. As our teams come together to begin your project, I am often part of the process, thoughtfully considering project priorities and the needs and wants of diverse stakeholders.

Did you know…
I love old houses. My husband and I have restored two of our own homes and recently renovated a house built in 1910 for resale. I especially enjoy reimagining floor plans to create modern features and updating interior finishes to blend contemporary aesthetics with classic elements. As the unskilled labor in our team, I spend a lot of time painting, sourcing materials and hauling stuff to the dumpster. While far from glamorous, it’s hard to beat the fun of giving old homes a new lease on life.
