What does delivering certainty and predictability mean to you?
Using my years of in-the-field experience to make sure buildings are constructed accurately. I believe in doing what it takes to get the job done. I have even been known to go buy some spackling compound and patch a wall myself in order to get the right finish and complete the punch list.
