Sam’s role in your project
As a project manager, I guide the project ensuring that the design intent and owners’ requirements are continued from conception to completion. I work closely with consultants to make certain drawings are coordinated ahead of construction. Finally, I work with the contractor to verify that the building details are executed properly and to the required quality standards.
