From Vision to Reality
How do residents and staff rate the Plymouth Place Master Plan?

Embarking on a master planning effort is a significant investment for a senior living community. From concept to completion, the process involves considerable resources (time, energy, and finances) and impacts daily operations. Was the investment worth it? Have project goals been achieved? Does feedback fall short or exceed expectations?

After one year of occupancy, AG Architecture returned to Plymouth Place to evaluate success by conducting a Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE). The AG Team reconnected with the original focus groups involved in the master planning process and engaged in conversations with residents of the new Arboretum Villas. What is the verdict? How are these insights supporting AG projects across the country?
