AG Architecture is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Harrmann to Senior Associate.

A committed AG team member for over 10 years, Harrmann is passionate about every aspect of the project process, but believes thoughtful site planning is the foundation that paves the way for project success. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM) and continued to work with AG as he completed his Master of Architecture, also from UWM. He has been continuously recognized for his achievements as a young professional, including being acknowledged by The Daily Reporter as a Newsmaker – Rising Young Professional in 2013.

Harrmann is responsible for the development of initial design concepts on a variety of project types including senior living communities, hospice facilities and large multi-family developments. While having an eye for design, Harrmann is also integral in the coordination of projects as the process moves from conceptual design to construction.

His local multi-family work includes: The Enclave, State Street Station and The Reef in Wauwatosa as well as Wells Street Station in Delafield and the next phases of Avenir in Milwaukee. He played an integral role in the design of the award-winning Haven Hospice Custead Care Center in Florida as well as senior living projects close to home, such as Village Pointe Commons in Grafton, and projects nationwide, such as Hillcrest Rehab Cottage and The Grand Lodge in Nebraska and Fleet Landing in Florida.

“Eric shows incredible passion for his work and architecture as a whole. He not only has interest in design, he shows his concern for the environment at the macro level of building green as well as designing to the neighborhood; he understands the end result needs to serve the client and their users,” says Tracey Schnick, AIA, principal and director of architectural services at AG Architecture. “Eric’s personal undertakings are synonymous with his passion for the building industry. The energy and leadership Eric exemplifies are exceptional!”

Harrmann’s commitment to the future of the firm, dedication to team and project success, leadership skills as well as his passion for the industry and willingness to mentor the next generation of young talent make him an ideal candidate to elevate to the Senior Associate level at AG Architecture. Harrmann joins a reputable group of professionals that will continue to lead the firm into the future.
