Summer 2020 is here! And there may have been a few newsworthy AG highlights you have missed over the last few months. We wanted to catch you up on a few award announcements and a senior living project feature. The Milwaukee Business Journal recognized Arrabelle, a multi-family project in Cedarburg, Wis., as a Best in Real Estate Award recipient in the Best New Development – Residential category.
While the project supports the future growth and development of Cedarburg with a much needed housing product, the design takes into consideration preserving the charm and appeal of the historic community.
The cover of the Spring 2020 issue of Multifamily Design + Construction Magazine featured Meadow Active Lifestyle Community. The AG project was selected as one of ten spectacular senior living projects, from coast to coast. The Special Senior Living 2020 Report highlighted projects that “showcase the latest innovations in independent living, assisted living and memory care communities.” The arts and culture focus of Meadow was of particular interest, and the stunning glass chandelier made for an eye-catching cover photo.
Each year The Daily Reporter recognizes outstanding achievements by Wisconsin builders, owners, engineers, architects and industry professionals. One of AG’s projects, Wisconsin Evans Scholars, is being honored as a top project of 2019 in the publication’s 21st annual Top Projects program.
