Cynthia’s role in your project
I handle all of the human resources and accounting functions of the firm, including payables, receivables, payroll and financial statements. Due to my 40 years of experience at AG, I understand the unique financial landscape of the AEC industry and what drives shareholder value in a design firm. I keep a close eye on the day-to-day operations of the firm to support workplace satisfaction. From running the monthly company-wide meeting to helping team members understand and navigate their benefits package, I keep the AG Team informed and taken care of so they can focus on client needs and the task at hand.
