What does “delivering certainty and predictability” mean to you?
Bringing certainty and predictability is about managing our client’s risk. We can do this by providing high-level oversight on projects from the very beginning, thereby reducing the risk of problems later on. Redesigning and repricing are exercises that cost time. Every Day Matters in these developments; time is money. We strive to get our arms around a project early on, while in Schematic Design, to help ensure the team can deliver the community on time and on budget.
