Tracey Schnick, AIA

Principal | Director of Architectural Services

Tracey's strong organizational and leadership skills as a studio leader are the result of a unique apprenticeship. She has over 15 years of architectural experience in the preparation of construction documents and specifications, as well as five years engineering experience in design and documentation preparation of electrical and HVAC systems. Her experience includes large scale retirement communities, multi-family apartments and public buildings. Tracey finds the architectural process rewarding as ideas emerge from client conversations, are translated into drawings, and then executed to deliver a building that makes a client proud.

Tracey's passion for her work is clear. Her accomplishments have been recognized by the local construction industry as The Daily Reporter-Newsmakers 2010 Woman in Construction. She was also recently honored as a Woman of Influence by The Business Journal of Greater Milwaukee. Whether coaching a volleyball team or mentoring young professionals in the architecture profession, Tracey believes that mentoring makes a difference in everyone's growth and development.

Tracey's extracurricular activités are family-focused and sometimes involve ATVs and snowmobiles.
