2022 has been off to an award-winning and newsworthy start for The AG Team. In addition to extensive project coverage in the EFA Magazine Design Showcase Issue, here are a few more AG in the News highlights.
NAHB Best in American Living Awards

A highlight of AG’s multifamily work the past few years has been the team’s involvement with the adaptive reuse of the historic Horlick Malted Milk Company site in Racine, Wis. with developer J. Jeffers & Company and construction partner CG Schmidt. Arabella at Belle City Square was the first housing project on this 16-acre property. It redeveloped one of the factory buildings into a mix of 60 market rate and affordable apartments.
NAHB honored Arabella with a Gold Award in the Multifamily, Adaptive Reuse category.
The NAHB Best in American Living (BALA) awards program, in its 38th year, recognizes “the most creative and talented building industry professionals who have redefined design excellence for homes and communities across North America.” The winners are said to “exemplify the best of the best in national design trends.”
