Ann’s role in your project
As Team Lead, my primary role is to oversee all of my team’s projects. I stay informed on every project my team members are actively working on to ensure all the initial decisions are documented properly to bring the design intent to fruition during construction. I provide the support they need to move forward, add energy and ideas to the process, and help resolve any issues that arise. Bringing everyone’s unique ideas together is what makes each project special.

Did you know…
My family is everything to me. I LOVE family time! I also love crafting. I infuse my creative energy into all kinds of projects, from paper crafting and crocheting to scrapbooking. Though times have changed with our son now at college, I still enjoy taking photos of him (and he lets me) and using them for artwork in my projects. I also spend time volunteering for Meals on Wheels and gardening.
