Mike’s role in your project
As Chief Operating Officer, I ensure that projects are staffed and client expectations are met. I am focused on the overall financial health of the firm, making certain AG operates strategically and efficiently to best serve our clients’ needs and expectations while providing a professional and supportive work environment for our team. I am involved in client engagement, managing proposal and contract negotiations, and setting expectations for your partnership with the AG Team. As your contact for business-focused inquiries, I stay informed on firmwide project milestones and am invested in your overall project satisfaction. I work with AG Team Leads monitoring all project schedules and addressing proper staffing. In addition, I work with AG Leadership to identify important training and professional development opportunities to support the growth of our team members–an important investment integral to the firm’s success.

I have the great fortune of being part of a large, loving, extended family. With my mother being one of 13 children, I had the privilege of growing up with over 40 first cousins. Being part of a large, close knit family has been a blessing, in that we really encourage and support one another in both life’s challenges and celebrations.
