St. Rita Square | Milwaukee, WI
St. Rita Square explores a new way of enhancing a sense of community by integrating senior living with a liturgical setting. The project provides a vibrant senior living option on the Lower East Side of Milwaukee. The site (a quarter of a city block) accommodates the space needed for a new church with connectivity to a senior living community comprised of 118 units (120 beds)–72 independent living units, 26 memory support units and 20 assisted living units.
Fleet Landing | Atlantic Beach, FL
Fleet Landing is a senior living community that has been well-positioned in the Jacksonville area for over 27 years. In anticipation of impending competition in this attractive market, a repositioning effort has provided the opportunity to add 148 independent living apartments, 38 assisted living units and 30 skilled nursing beds. Special attention was also given to elevating the community’s amenity offering. The phased project work has strategically introduced new living components and amenities in a way that unifies the campus with a focus on connectivity.
The Preserve | Fort Myers, FL
The Preserve is the first building to break ground at Hope Preserve, a health care campus planned to include multiple facilities and organizations dedicated to caring for older adults and people who are chronically ill. This Phase One project offers a three-story, approximately 118,000-sq.ft. building with skilled nursing, assisted living and memory support units.
RiverWoods Durham | Durham, NH
RiverWoods Durham is the newest community in the RiverWoods Group portfolio. This project exemplifies the trend in creating a more dynamic and connected senior living experience–reinforcing the RiverWoods lifestyle of rich community engagement that supports multiple dimensions of wellness. The project offers the full continuum of care on an 11-acre wooded property that is conveniently located two miles from historic downtown Durham and the University of New Hampshire campus.
Rivertown Ridge | Wyoming, MI
This collaboration between the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors is about bringing the best of both worlds together to serve the area’s senior living population. The team has created a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory support units in a flexible floor plan that can adapt to the community’s needs over time.
Will Rose | Muskego, WI
Will Rose introduces a luxury apartment offering to the Muskego area. The modern design integrates additional corner conditions to maximize daylighting and outdoor connections in each apartment. The complex offers 51 units with a mix of spacious one-and-two-bedroom layouts with contemporary, high end finishes.
Seasons at Orchard Hills | Oak Creek, WI
This multifamily project redefines suburban living in Oak Creek. Located in a park like setting, this development offers 225 apartments in 20-unit building configurations with garden style walk-up apartment options. The design includes garages oriented to the road, articulated streetscapes with trees, sidewalks and landscape to support additional parking and provide a more engaging site experience.
