The West North Central region of USGBC communities supports a Community Leadership Award program that honors individuals and organizations whose work has been influential in the expansion of sustainable, high-performing buildings.
A jury examined each nomination, awarding points for leadership approach, strategies that push the envelope of green design, resolving challenges with innovative solutions and high performance. Each nomination accumulated points based on its own merits, and this year’s USGBC Wisconsin submissions were exceptional, with all 16 nominations achieving recognition.
