Guszkowski named an EFA 2019 Design Champion

AG is pleased to announce that Gene Guszkowski has been named an EFA 2019 Design Champion. According to the EFA announcement, “Design Champions is designed to celebrate the individual contributions of professionals working within the senior living industry who are fighting to effect meaningful change in the lives of residents, staff, and the greater community.”

Harrmann honored as a Senior Living Leader Under 40

AG Senior Associate, Eric Harrmann, was honored by Argentum as one of the 2019 Senior Living Leaders Under 40. Eric was recognized by Argentum for several of his outstanding accomplishments including his work on Village Pointe Commons in Wisconsin and his involvement with the Boomers in Transition Survey Series.

Drexel Ridge & The 2100 Recognized by The Daily Reporter as 2019 Top Projects

Two AG projects, Drexel Ridge and The 2100, were recognized by The Daily Reporter as Top Projects of 2018. During a celebration marking the 20th year of this awards program, a diverse collection of projects of varying scopes and sizes were honored for shaping the Wisconsin landscape.

State Street Station Award

State Street Station Received a Milwaukee Business Journal Real Estate Award

State Street Station, a mixed use development in the heart of Wauwatosa, was selected as one of 19 projects in southeastern Wisconsin honored with a Real Estate Award by the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The 2100 Received a USGBC Wisconsin Leadership Award

The West North Central region of USGBC communities supports a Community Leadership Award program that honors individuals and organizations whose work has been influential in the expansion of sustainable, high-performing buildings. The 2100 is a LEED Gold project that received a 2019 Award of Excellence in the Residential Category.
