What has the AG Team been up to?
Over the last few months, like the rest of the world, we have transitioned to a new way of doing business while continuing our commitment to supporting a sense of community. We have each adapted our home environment to support our work and found a new routine—with more solitude for some and the addition of kid and pet duties for others. Some of our team members have shared a sense of community by supporting their families, friends, neighbors and the greater community. We also recently enjoyed a masked or social distance moment with our team members while dropping off care packages with a few of their favorite things.
We wanted to take this opportunity to thank our team, clients and colleagues for adapting and persevering. Together we have continued to provide vision for new and existing projects, build consensus on ways to move forward and modified processes to bring certainty and predictability to the projects currently under construction.
