AG Architecture is pleased to announce the addition of Lynn Kluck as Controller of Finance and Administration. Kluck brings a fresh operational perspective to the firm, supporting the leadership goals and future growth of the employee-owned company.
Kluck looks forward to leveraging her 20 years of experience in her new role at AG. After graduating with a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, she began her career in banking and real estate closings. This experience supported career advancements in construction and manufacturing businesses, where she expanded her operations knowledge and responsibilities in insurance, accounting, office management, and finance.
“In addition to her diverse business background and accounting and HR expertise, Lynn brings a fresh financial and operational perspective to the AG Team,” describes AG COO Mike Miller. “She is eager to dig deeper into the AEC industry and take on more responsibility, helping the firm successfully transition from the guidance of our long-tenured Director of Finance and Administration, Cindy Lofy.”

After nearly 10 years in her previous position, Kluck sought a new challenge. With her deep experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, operations, and HR/employee engagement, she looks forward to applying a holistic perspective to support AG’s growth and efficiency.

“We look forward to Lynn’s contribution to the AG Team as she will play a critical role in our office operations and the future success of the firm,” says Miller.

A Q&A with Controller Lynn Kluck

What attracted you to this new role at AG?

I’m excited to combine my broad background in finance, HR, and operations to help AG become even more efficient and connected. They have a strong history of operational success, and this role gives me a chance to bring in fresh ideas and look at long-standing processes with new eyes.

How has your career prepared you to be a strategic partner to leadership?

My roles have evolved from office work to office manager, accounting manager, controller, and ultimately a leadership team member. Along the way, I’ve been responsible for financial analysis, strategic planning, and operations. That combination has helped me understand businesses from multiple angles and contribute at a strategic level. Furthermore, these insights will allow me to share best practices from other sectors as we set goals for the firm’s future.

What do you enjoy most about working in finance?

I like using numbers to tell the story of the business—where we’re doing well, where we can cut costs, and where we can grow. Being able to translate financials into clear, actionable insights for leadership is something I really enjoy.

You’ve also spent time in HR. How does that influence your approach?

HR has given me a strong appreciation for the employee experience. I’ve worked on employee engagement and work–life balance, and I try to see decisions through both a business and a people lens. I want companies to be profitable, but I also want employees to feel supported and connected.
