AG is pleased to announce Argentum has recognized two of its projects for design excellence. Argentum is the leading national association exclusively dedicated to supporting companies operating professionally managed, resident-centered senior living communities and the older adults and families they serve. The organization awards senior living innovation through its annual Senior Living by Design program.
AG’s St. Rita Square project was honored as one of five finalists. Capri Communities worked with AG Architecture, Direct Supply® Aptura® and Pepper Construction on this urban infill project. St. Rita’s explores a new way of enhancing a sense of community within a walkable urban environment by integrating senior living with a liturgical setting.

The project design was acknowledged for respecting and celebrating the traditions and cultures of neighborhoods. According to judge Chris Hollister, president of Pegasus Senior Living, “This urban infill project oozes authenticity and local community connections.”
