As the AG Team wraps up 2021, there are a few award-winning project announcements to share and articles to highlight. The AG Team has had the privilege of working on projects across the country recognized for innovation. 2021 was a year of local and national recognition for some of the firm’s work in Wisconsin.

Will Rose is a 51-unit apartment complex described as true country luxury living. The building forms were oriented to take advantage of the wetlands location and first floor units offer walkouts to create a strong connection to the community with direct access to pedestrian paths and bike lanes. Of particular note was the thoughtful design strategy that steps the exterior design so middle units have a corner window for access to additional light. Will Rose was recognized locally as a 2020 Top Project by The Daily Reporter.
