AG Architecture is pleased to announce the promotion of Andy Korb and Mike Miller to Senior Associate. Both Korb and Miller joined the AG team in 2008, and each brings over 20 years of industry experience to support their leadership roles.

Korb’s experience in design, construction documents and project management provides a committed balance of creativity and detail to a broad range of projects including, financial, office, senior living, retail, multifamily and historic renovation. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has proven his leadership capabilities over the years on the successful completion of numerous projects for the AG team. As a Team Leader and now Senior Associate, he will continue to guide his clients and team through the successful completion of projects across the country while also playing an integral role in the future growth of the firm. Locally, Korb has been involved with notable projects such as 1910 on Water and multiple branches of Waukesha State Bank. When it comes to AG’s senior living portfolio, he has managed efforts on several Florida projects, including Haven Hospice Custead Care Center, Three Palms Health Center at East Ridge at Cutler Bay and Gulf Coast Village.
“Andy has proven himself invaluable to the AG team,” says Tracey Schnick, principal and director of architectural services at AG Architecture. “He is proactive and has a take-charge attitude that is beneficial to the firm, and more importantly to the success of his clients.”

Miller offers a strong technical oriented approach to design, document preparation and construction administration that serves the firm and his clients well. He has specific expertise with senior living, multifamily, municipal and educational facilities. As a Team Leader and now
Senior Associate he looks forward to guiding the future growth and development of the firm while continuing to support the success of his clients. Miller has led the successful completion of senior living projects across the country, including Aberdeen Heights in Kirkwood, Missouri and Wichita Presbyterian Manor. Locally, he has served as project manager for Village Pointe Commons in Grafton and is currently working on 2100 Mayfair in Wauwatosa and Drexel Ridge in Oak Creek.
According to Schnick, “Mike has been a constant force in AG’s success since he joined the firm. His approach to leading projects is an inspiration to his coworkers and achieves success for his clients.”
“Mike is a quiet leader who instills complete confidence in his clients, while Andy has a more assertive leadership style,” describes Gene Guszkowski, senior principal of AG Architecture. “Despite these different styles, both are extremely detail oriented. They each have achieved considerable success and are real assets to our team. Their distinctly different approaches give us tremendous flexibility as we look to best serve our diverse client base.
Both Korb and Miller are alumni of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Architectural Studies program. They look forward to continue to play a role in the growth and development of the area they call home, while helping clients across the country create environments that create a sense of community.
