The AG collaborative process begins with listening and learning. From the moment the AG Team engages with yours, we are making note of your observations, the subtle comments about the things your leadership team likes, and the challenges keeping you up at night. Design concepts begin to emerge and are refined conversation after conversation, meeting after meeting.
We are committed to building consensus around the right idea—Bright Vision—for your specific project. Here is a glimpse of some of the bright visions on the boards in our design studio. We look forward to the transformation of these concepts to reality—Bold Communities—in the months and years to come.
SENIOR LIVING
Greenwood Village South | Greenwood, Indiana
Owner: Greenwood Village South

Benjamin Chung – Designer
Brooke Borelli – Project Manager
From the look and feel of the campus and healthcare service enhancements to the independent living options and amenity offerings, this 60-year-old campus needed to be reinvigorated to live up to its mantra—the life you love in the neighborhood you call home.
AG in collaboration with long-term partner LCS Development proposed a multipronged strategy guided by principles of walkable urban environments to create the building scales, and meandering streets, sidewalks, and connectivity of desirable neighborhoods. A more defined entry point reflecting the prestige of a gated community creates a sense of arrival along the main highway. A highlight of the plan is the introduction of two and three-story independent living buildings organized along walkable streets and central green space to support the marketability of the campus and reinforce the neighborhood appeal.
RiverWoods Healthcare | Exeter, New Hampshire
Owner: RiverWoods Group
AG Team:
Eric Harrmann – Chief Design Officer
Mike Miller – Team Lead
Justin Koeppler – Designer
Chris Doerner – Project Manager
As the next step in the RiverWoods master plan, the AG Team has been working on the consolidation of supportive living services into one building that serves RiverWoods Group’s three existing campuses in Exeter. This strategy aims to improve staff efficiency and elevate the healthcare experience for residents. Collaboration has been key to the successful planning for this project, working with multiple stakeholders to build consensus around this supportive living concept.
As the new front door to the existing campus, the bar was set high for the architectural design. The main entrance features a porte cochere and a large glass atrium just below a sheltered outdoor rooftop lounge. This grand feature takes advantage of the natural views of the surrounding area. The building design includes two spacious courtyards: one servicing assisted living and the other for memory care. The atrium lobby creates a centralized hub for visitors activated by a coffee bar with views to the courtyard, a large fireplace, and enticing seating areas. Further enhancing the resident experience, amenities, such as the multipurpose room, florist, and dining rooms, are designed as unique destinations framed by branded storefronts. The greater community served as inspiration for several areas, such as the memory care courtyard taking cures from the rich character of the main street of Exeter and a covered outdoor space inspired by the recognizable bandshell located outside of town hall.
MULTIFAMILY
Seasons at Charlotte | Charlotte, North Carolina
Owner: Fiduciary Real Estate Development
AG Team:
Eric Harrmann – Chief Design Officer
Mike Miller – Team Lead
Justin Koeppler – Designer
Maggie Iliff – Project Manager
AG is helping FRED introduce the Seasons brand into a new market—Charlotte, North Carolina. The design reflects regional southeast design influences as well as local considerations to meet the requirements of the two cities and two counties of the site. The team modified the successful garden-style apartments to offer two-story buildings to meet zoning regulations and three-story, walk-up configurations with the area’s signature open stairway details. The exterior features a southeast-inspired palette of coastal blues and white.
The team continues to explore enhancements to the clubhouse design. Due to the southeastern climate, the building wraps around a generous outdoor patio and pool deck with a sun ledge. Special features include cabanas, suspended lounge chairs, spacious gathering areas with covered seating options, and space for outdoor games.
The Farm | Port Washington, Wisconsin
Owner: Schaffer Development
AG Team:
Eric Harrmann – Chief Design Officer
Justin Koeppler – Designer
In response to a Port Washington RFP, AG worked with Shaffer Development to propose a mixed use “agrihood.” The concept offers a combination of single-family homes, townhomes, and walk-ups in a configuration that respects the agricultural roots of the site and offers a community-focused walkable neighborhood design. Highlights of the concept include a monument silo sign at the main entrance and ample amenities available in a community clubhouse. The development follows principles of enticing single-family neighborhoods with street-facing front doors and alley-facing garages, and farmhouse-inspired details articulate the building facades.
Three Leaf Oconomowoc | Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
Owner: Three Leaf Partners
AG Team:
Eric Harrmann – Chief Design Officer
Mitch Lampe – Designer
Supporting the greater development plans of Oconomowoc, AG is working with Three Leaf Partners on a multifamily development situated between a park, church, school, and residential neighborhood. The project prioritizes a sense of community with ample outdoor gathering spaces, a dog run, grill station, pollinator gardens, generous walking paths, and an amenity-rich clubhouse. Residents will be able to relax and enjoy an outdoor pool, club room, and billiards room. In addition, the clubhouse supports remote working with office and meeting spaces available. The architecture takes cues from the surrounding community with an offering of contemporary walk-ups that feature a wood aesthetic with stone accents articulated with balcony and gable details. Each walk-up faces greenspace or streetscape to add to the ambiance and neighborhood appeal.
