CHALLENGE:
Deliver a new senior living option to the Bonita Springs market despite the challenges of the recession.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • A distinct and highly detailed architectural style reflects Florida’s Mediterranean influences as inspired by the architecture of Addison Mizner’s 1920’s portfolio – the “old Florida” feel of a Mediterranean Revival hotel.
  • Operational efficiencies are baked into the plan resulting in a seamless and functional design that makes resident life more comfortable.
  • Second floor indoor/outdoor gathering spot provides a unique socialization experience.
  • Interior courts and promenades inspire a strong sense of place.
